Bio
Allie Lancashire is a Transaction Manager for CBRE’s Agency Leasing team. She works exclusively with the leasing team of John Criddle and Joe Freitas which oversees a diverse office portfolio of over 4,000,000 square feet in Broward County and Palm Beach County. Ms. Lancashire supports the team with a variety of marketing needs, including the creation of proposals, property brochures, and digital communications.
She is responsible for processing all revenue documents for payment, liaising with the team as it relates to social media and public relations activities, coordinating broker events, and updating the team’s activity reports. She will also assist the team with property tours, lease negotiations, and the processing of new listing assignments.
Ms. Lancashire has a strong background in commercial real estate and marketing and has previously served in client services and transaction management roles with another large commercial real estate firm.
