Bio
Allison Bergmann began her real estate career with Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. in 2012 with the Valuation and Advisory group as an analyst, appraising class A office buildings. She joined the brokerage team in June of 2014. Ms. Bergmann assists the team with landlord representation, market intelligence, asset acquisition/dispositions, and project research and analysis. Ms. Bergmann joined the Valuation and Advisory group in 2012 and trained under the Managing Director. During this time, Ms. Bergmann assisted with the financial analysis and appraisal of 100+ Class A Houston office buildings, special-use corporate campuses, retail malls, land sites, and 50+ national golf courses.
