Allison Bittel is Senior Managing Director, Production in Savills Atlanta office, where she will play a vital role in guiding occupiers through the development of real estate strategies. Allison’s strategic and thoughtful approach to advising clients and viewing them as long-term partners is an asset to Savills and its clients. As a top tenant rep broker in the Atlanta region, she has significant experience with lease acquisitions, recasts, terminations, and excess space dispositions. Prior to joining Savills, Allison was Senior Vice President and Principal at Colliers with the Office Services Group. Allison also spent 18 years with Cushman & Wakefield in Atlanta. With more than 22 years of experience, she has executed significant transactions representing a variety of industries. Allison’s notable transactions include a 162,000 SF lease for Lincoln Financial, securing multiple leases for Siemens totaling 332,000 SF and most recently, a 60,000 SF headquarters transaction for Papa John’s. Her ability to quickly create and seize opportunities helps her clients attain optimal solutions, leverage flexible terms and mitigate risks. Awards, Achievements and Activities Allison has been recognized by several notable organizations, including the ACBR, where she received its coveted President’s Award in 2019 and its Realtor of the Year Award in 2021. In 2022, she was awarded CREW’s Catalyst Award, as well as the Atlanta Business Chronicle’s Diversity Board Champion Award. She is a current board member of the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors, where she formerly led the organization’s diversity mentorship program. In addition to her accomplishments in brokerage, Allison founded the Women’s Collective in 2020. The organization’s purpose is to connect and empower women leaders through shared experiences. Whether providing thoughtful and inspiring programs or supporting women through its Leaders on the Rise mentorship program, The Women’s Collective fosters a community of connection and commitment to women leaders in Atlanta.
