Allyson is adept at working with companies and organizations on solving their occupancy issues, handling every aspect of the real estate transaction: from site selection and financial analysis, to lease negotiation, execution and move-in. Allyson comes to Savills with a solid background in strategic planning and project management. Her strong business background enables her to provide clients with a macro perspective of how real estate should complement their overall business goals. A LEED (Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design) accredited professional, Allyson also provides her clients with the most up-to-date guidance on sustainability and how to cost effectively achieve LEED ratings. In her tenure with Savills, Allyson has represented numerous high-profile clients. She was part of the team that represented the New York Law School in its 500,000-square-foot multi-faceted redevelopment initiative and was the lead broker in the New York region for Savills Studley’s national account with the General Services Administration—a 12 million-square-foot contract. Allyson’s most notable clients also include: Nike; Sony; Smithsonian Institution; Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz; Gibbons P.C.; Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation; The Rubicon Project; and Next 15 Communications Group. Prior to joining the firm, Allyson held executive positions with not-for-profit organizations and for-profit businesses. Her responsibilities included developing strategic business plans, corporate restructuring, attracting and working with investors and negotiating financing. She also served as executive director of two New York City landmark museums, where she oversaw all aspects of the museums’ operations. Activities & Achievements
