Alton Burgess was born and raised in Southern California,
and graduated from the University of California, Irvine.
Alton’s primary focus is representing companies & landlords
in South Orange County, specifically focusing in the Irvine
Spectrum, Lake Forest, Laguna Hills and Foothill Ranch
Sub-Markets. As a result of being recognized as an expert
in his market, in 2010 Alton represented the buyer/seller for
20% of all R&D/Industrial building sales 10,000 square feet
and under in Irvine Spectrum.
