Amélia begins her Real Estate career working for Belcourt (developer), leasing their industrial, office and retail portfolios. She went on to working with Presud/Olympia & York in 3rd Party Management working on various portfolios including but not limited to Caisse de Dépôt, GE Capital, Standard Life, Manulife et al., while adding value to these portfolios in repositioning properties in the regions throughout the Quebec Province. She moved on to First Pro Shopping Centers (Smart Centers) leasing the development Quebec portfolio for the Wal-Mart Power Centers across the province. Amélia went on to acquire her Real Estate Broker's License (leasing & acquisitions), working together with some dynamic leaders in the industry.
