Bio
Amanda Bokman is a Managing Director in JLL’s New York Midtown office. She focuses on complex acquisition and disposition assignments on both office and industrial transactions. Amanda’s past assignments have been with clients in multiple industries, with a focus on the retail, financial services and telecom segments. Her recent client assignments have included office and warehouse engagements for Nine West, Telx and Cerberus Capital, in addition to a host of other retail, publishing and pharmaceutical engagements. Amanda’s real estate career spans 15 years, during which time she has completed approximately 7 million s.f. of transactions. She joined JLL in 2014, following eight years at CBRE. Before joining CBRE, Amanda spent 14 years in the position of CFO at various wholesale and retail apparel companies, including J. Crew, Jones Apparel Group and McNaughton Apparel Group. In each of those roles, she was instrumental in leading those firms through significant periods of growth, as well as having the responsibility for real estate, which had to adequately support each company’s strategic plans. She completed numerous transactions throughout her CFO career, including the acquisition and disposition of multiple office and retail locations, as well as the relocation and expansion of distribution facilities. Prior to joining McNaughton Apparel Group, Amanda was an associate partner in the Acquisitions group at Tishman Speyer Properties, a commercial property owner and developer. She started her career at Arthur Andersen & Co. and is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
