Amanda DePierro is an Associate Broker with Colliers, based out of the firm’s El Segundo office. Amanda specializes in industrial and industrial land-use transactions across the Inland Empire East market and has cultivated a commercial real estate career steeped in market intelligence and strategy. Amanda partners with Lary Carlton and Kyle Degener to address high-profile tenants, buyers and developers’ business goals and objectives. The Southern California native began her career in real estate as a Client Service Coordinator and progressively advanced her knowledge in the industrial sector. Alongside her teammates, she is adept at offering calculated yet fluid solutions that speak to the rapid growth within the market while providing a customer-centric approach. Clients look to Amanda for her communicative, creative and knowledgeable skill set, tapping into her ability to provide real-time trends, data and directives based on their specific needs. She is swift in her decision-making as she can deduce appropriate steps within a negotiation process. Because of her entrepreneurial background and her passion for the evergreen property type, she has established herself as a trusted advisor among her peers. Prior to joining Colliers, Amanda worked at the HSBC Global Banking and Markets headquarters in London, United Kingdom where she was a key member of the development and delivery team responsible for the Global internal communication strategy. Amanda conceptualized, designed and developed an intranet for HSBC Global Markets Operations from inception to delivery, which involved senior stakeholder management across 14 different teams. Amanda is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. In 2016-2017, Amanda was accepted into Eller’s highly competitive McGuire Entrepreneurship Program where she developed and patented a shoe fastener for children and adults with disabilities. In 2018, Amanda earned her master’s degree in Entrepreneurial Management from the University of Chester, based in London, United Kingdom.
