Amber is a highly motivated and active real estate broker who values progress and momentum. She takes pride in advocating for her clients, seeking out the perfect homes, responding quickly, and negotiating with conviction. Amber's dedication to her clients extends beyond the typical duties of a real estate broker, as she has been known to help rearrange furniture, declutter surfaces, and even plant flowers.
Amber has a strong passion for green building techniques, which led her to start the GreenPDX tour group in 2006. Her interest in green building has not waned, even as it has become more common in the industry. She is a top producer at Think Real Estate, ranked #1 in sales volume among brokers.
Clear and effective communication is a priority for Amber. She understands the importance of building trust with her clients and connecting effectively with the other parties involved in a transaction. Amber prides herself on her diplomatic negotiation strategy, but also knows how to fiercely defend and advocate for her clients' best interests.
To ensure she can provide top-quality service, Amber limits the number of clients she works with at one time. She also donates a minimum of 2% of her annual income to organizations that work towards equity, justice, and access to resources for underserved populations.
In addition to her successful real estate career, Amber has a diverse range of personal interests. She is a proud owner of several properties, including a 1967 contemporary in the Cully Neighborhood, a 1915 bungalow on 1/2 an acre in SW Portland, and an ultra-efficient townhome in the Alberta Arts district. She enjoys pollinator gardening, cycling, bird watching, and exploring Oregon on road trips. Amber is a second-generation Realtor and a Portland native.
