As part of the Tenant Representation team, Amelia Benigno provides market information and opportunities to give clients the best results. Amelia has established herself as a valued representative to each client, providing up to date market data and assisting in lease and sale negotiations.
Prior to joining Lincoln Property Company in March 2020, Amelia served as a member of the Tenant Representation team at JLL in Dallas, TX. She was involved in numerous transactions handling both purchase and sale requirements in addition to her leasing activities. She attended Texas A&M University graduating with a BA in Communications.
Amelia is a member of the Commercial Brokers Association of Austin (CBA) and the Real Estate Council of Austin (RECA).
