I am the founder of The Global Consulting Organization–a Globally-Positioned Consulting Company that is creating and developing the neighborhoods, communities and cities of the future. All of my previous endeavors have provided me with practical, hands-on experience that I consistently call upon to guide my Real Estate Investment & Development clients through various challenges that may arise during a project. My ability to focus on an overriding vision–coupled with my keen sense of awareness for the needs of various stakeholders–helps to get complex Investment & Development projects off the ground & has helped me to facilitate $60MN in transactions to date. I serve as a member of NAR, REBNY, CREW Miami/New York and am a mentor to students within The George Washington University's Center for Real Estate & Urban Analysis.
In pursuit of an integration with my entrepreneurial endeavors, I enjoy spending time with my wife (an up-and-coming author and veteran yoga teacher), 21-year-old stepson (an up-and-coming bodybuilder) and 9-year-old son (who is 9 going on 21). We love our ‘dinner and a movie’ nights and traveling around the Hudson Valley and South Florida. For inspiration–I love reading, practicing yoga and taking long walks around cities–always thinking about turning ideas into reality.
