Amy Olsen is a lifelong Mississippi resident. She holds an MBA with a focus in Marketing Research. Amy's professional career began in 1998 when she became an Advertising Account coordinator for a well-known advertising agency. She went on to become an Advertising Account Executive and managed many accounts including banks, tourism, political campaigns, a regional newspaper and real estate companies. In 2001, Amy took the opportunity to venture into real estate sales and became a Mississippi Licensed Agent. In 2020 she became Mississippi Licensed Real Estate Broker.
Over the years, she specialized in the sales of homes and commercial properties along the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Amy has recorded over 9,000,000 dollars in Commercial and Residential sales including a record setting commercial land sale involving International clients. Developing strong client relationships is the basis of her success. Through thorough consultation and constant communication, Amy keeps her buyers' and sellers' goals top of mind. She is an expert in development of pricing strategies and negotiations. Amy hopes to continue to serve clients in the Mississippi Gulf Coast area to achieve their dreams of property ownership, investment, and sales.
