Andrea Bergin has a passion in Real Estate starting at the young age of 14 where she began working with a Real Estate Publication selling ads to Realtors. She then went into Property Management leasing apartments. In 2014 she got her license in Arizona and soon become the top 3% in Tucson AZ. In 2018 she moved back to her hometown in California and received her CA license. With 16 years experience in marketing, sales, customer service, social media and real estate markets she has been able to help 174 families buy or sell their homes. Andrea specializes in Military relocation, investments, and first-time homebuyers. Andrea's expect knowledge in problem solving, negotiation, real estate markets and communication has been only part of why Andrea's business has been built off referrals from past clients, friends, family and Realtor partners around the world. Andrea genuinely and actively listens to find her client’s needs, wants and dreams so that she can exceed all client’s expectations. Her dedication to serving her community and giving back lead to her being co-chair for Tucson's Silkies Hike which benefits Veterans with PSTD and Suicide awareness. Now Andrea continues to run her business in Southern Arizona and has started growing her business in Southern California. She plans to help in the community to give back to Veterans and children along with helping families buy or sell homes.
