Andi Cohen summered in Hull throughout her youth, and has been a resident of Hull for 33 years. Her education is a Masters in Psychotherapy from Ithaca College undergrad and Lesley College for graduate school. She
has been in real estate for 21 years, working for Sea Coast Homes as an agent and manager, and now Charisma Realty Inc through the merger of the two companies. She trained Retail Management for the Gap for their Northeast region for ten years prior. Combining her education, sales experience, communications skills, dedication, negotiating skills and determination; she is able to successfully guide her buyers and sellers through the real estate process from beginning to recording of the deed: and tenants and landlords to successful leases.
