Bio
Born in Caracas, Venezuela, Andrea Toledano was raised in South Florida, where her family was, and continues to be, in the real estate industry. The passion for the industry was contagious, and after running for Broward County Commission in 2020, she was inspired to pursue a career in the family industry, focusing solely on the commercial side. Growing up, Andrea attended Jewish day schools, and later went on to pursue two degrees. After completing her bachelor’s degree in political science at Florida International University, Andrea went on to earn a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. Motivated by her Venezuelan background and a desire to give back to her community, she ran for county commissioner of Broward County, where she gained valuable experience in local government and community advocacy. Though she initially intended to pursue a career in public policy, she was drawn to the world of real estate, where she felt she could make a meaningful impact in her community. Today, Andrea specializes in mixed-use and land, where she is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals while also contributing to the economic development of our region. She serves on several boards, including Woodhouse, a non-profit organization that provides housing and 24/7 care to adults with disabilities, and she is involved with children’s education initiatives, such as creative writing workshops. Through her career, Andrea seeks to give back.
