Andy has property management and land development experience spanning twenty years. He has asset purchases from, among others, Siemens Electronics (Land), Travelers Insurance (Office) and Arcon (Office/Warehouse/Land).
Andy has successfully planned and executed redevelopment programs for properties totalling over 830,000 sf.
He has asset sales to, among others, American Health Properties (REIT), Cardinal Health (Pharmeceutical), and DLJ (Financial).
He has gained approvals for 780,000 sf of new development. He has experience in closing over $200 million in mortgage financing.
He has experience, as a Landlord, in negotiating over 1.1 million square feet of office leases.
Andy earned his B.S. Degree in Business Administration/Systems Analysis from Taylor University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickenson University.
