Andrew helps lead the firm’s multifamily brokerage activities in Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida Panhandle.
Andrew started with Multi Housing Advisors in 2015 before the company was acquired by Cushman & Wakefield in June 2016. Since then, Andrew has been involved in selling 500 apartment communities with a total of over 90,000 units and an aggregate value in excess of $9 billion. He has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker since 2019. In 2023, he was recognized by the Birmingham Business Journal as a Top 40 Under 40.
