Bio
Andrew is responsible for marketing and leasing our East Bay and Sacramento assets. Directly involved in each phase of the leasing process, Andrew attends tours, maintains strong broker and tenant relations, performs financial analysis, negotiates lease terms, and evaluates tenant improvements. He also plays a critical role in the lease underwriting process for acquisitions and dispositions.
Andrew has over 35 years of commercial leasing experience. Prior to joining ECP in 2007, Andrew was a managing director of leasing for Equity Office Properties where he was responsible for the leasing of a four million square foot portfolio of office properties in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, and Salt Lake City. Andrew attended California State University, East Bay and is a California licensed Real Estate Broker.
