Andrew Chused is the Chief Investment Officer and a founding partner of HRP Group. In this role, Andrew directs the firm’s real estate investment strategy, overseeing acquisitions, leasing, and asset management. He is also actively involved in day-to-day operations, managing capital relationships, and guiding overall business initiatives. Before co-founding HRP Group, Andrew served as Vice President for a regional real estate operator with industrial and office assets across the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast, and earlier worked as an analyst at Wellington Management Company.
