Andrew’s background across years at JLL and Cushman & Wakefield provided him broad insight to landlord-centric services (debt, investment sales, property management, leasing), as well as corporate accounts serving tenants. Having grown-up in Fairfax County and attended the University of Virginia, Andrew honed a focus on local, D.C.-based tenant representation.
Andrew’s fiduciary role and analytical focus are two characteristics on which he prides himself, and which clients have commented are differentiating features from other brokers.
