Andrew Courembis joined KLNB’s Office Team in 2018, providing Advisory Services.
Before joining KLNB, Andrew was an Associate at Courembis Companies; a family owned firm with a 40 year history of commercial real estate ownership and property management in the greater Washington, DC market. He focused on landlord representation including marketing and leasing responsibilities for a portfolio of retail and commercial properties. Additionally, Andrew assisted with due diligence to support new acquisitions and investments.
Andrew received his MS in Real Estate Development in the Summer of 2018 from George Mason University.
