Andrew Dowis started at Stream Realty Partners in June 2022 as a Vice President of Industrial Leasing. He is responsible for representing investors, owners, and tenants in leasing, site selection, acquisitions, dispositions, and development services for industrial properties. He works in Colorado Springs and is focused on growing the firm’s industrial footprint in the Rocky Mountain region.
Prior to joining Stream, Andrew served as a financial adviser and owned his own business for more than 30 years. He began his career as a commercial real estate broker in Denver about a year and a half after graduating from college and maintained his Colorado real estate license while working in finance. Andrew is credited with selling what was once the largest multi-family property in Denver at 959 units, qualifying him as the No. 2 commercial real estate broker in Denver.
In his free time, Andrew enjoys photography, traveling, and getting exercise on the array of trails in Colorado’s mountains.
