Andrew Frey is a Senior Vice President of Development & Construction for AJ Capital Partners. Mr. Frey is responsible for overseeing all development projects in Florida and the Caribbean.
Prior to joining AJCP, Mr. Frey built his career over 18 years in South Florida in development and related roles for projects of a wide range of scales and uses. He founded and ran Tecela Development and was Director of Development for Fortis Design + Build, a Senior Development Manager for Crescent Heights, and a Development Manager for CC Residential. He was also a zoning lawyer at Akerman and Gunster, and an urban planner at the Cambridge Housing Authority (Cambridge, MA).
Mr. Frey’s volunteer activities include serving as a board member (governor’s appointee) of Tri-Rail for 8 years, as vice chair of the Urban Land Institute regional chapter for 5 years, and on the board of the homeless assistance non-profit Chapman Partnership. He received a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA from Boston College
