As a Senior Vice President of Spectrum CRE, Andrew Ghassemi is part of a dynamic team, which leverages the collective knowledge, skills, and experience of each member for the benefit of their clients. With Agency and Occupier representation, Andrew and his team deliver an array of services to aid in the ownership and operation of commercial real estate in both local and national markets.
Andrew began his real estate career at VIACOM before transitioning to brokerage with NAI Capital. He now leads his team at Spectrum CRE™, where they offer innovative services to both landlords and tenants through a national network. Recognized as Power Broker of the Year by the Santa Clarita Economic Development Corporation, Andrew is known for his expertise in solving complex real estate and space utilization issues with strategic, long-term solutions. At the 2023 Spectrum CRE Recognition Summit, he received the President’s Circle Award. As a Senior Vice President, Andrew focuses on office and industrial assets, providing local and national representation, leasing, marketing, and investment property services.
