Bio
When Andrew Goble chose the Thomas Duke Company, he made an active decision to bring his expertise back to the community that raised him, the community he loves. While still a college sophomore on the state’s west side, Andrew earned his real estate license, balancing life as a full-time student-athlete and real estate advisor. After completing his degree in Business Finance, Marketing, and Organizational Leadership, Andrew began his career in Commercial Real Estate, working for Colliers International in the Grand Rapids Industrial Market. There, he was one of the youngest commercial real estate brokers in the state of Michigan, brokering transactions for local, national, and international clients with manufacturing and warehousing needs. With his career in Commercial Real Estate off to an impressive start, Andrew was offered the opportunity to join the Thomas Duke Company back home in Southeast Michigan and expand his reach in the industry. He now leads the company’s coverage of the West Bloomfield and Farmington Hills markets. His deep resume of transactions involves investment sales of multi-tenant office, retail, and multi-family properties across Oakland and Livingston Counties. He also has exclusive partnerships with several corporate franchisees in the automotive and retail markets. Further, Andrew has a proven track record of lease transactions in the retail, office, and industrial markets, actively helping landlords fill their vacancies in large multi-tenant properties. Rounding out his busy career, Andrew works on owner-user properties in the office, retail, and industrial markets in Oakland County. It gives Andrew real pride to be a real estate broker in Southeast Michigan, helping grow and expand his home region. After the workday, look for him coaching the Brighton High School Boys Golf Team or leading Young Life clubs
