Andrew Grocki has represented many prominent retailers throughout New England and New York State including Aspen Dental, Arby’s, Brooks Pharmacy Santander Bank, 99 Restaurant and Pub, Texas Roadhouse, McDonalds, Qdoba, KinderCare, Gander Mountain, Office Depot, Pier 1 Imports, and Darden Restaurants. Andrew was introduced to Real Estate through condominium development where he sold units for a local developer. After selling a condo to an Ames Department Store executive, he went to work for Ames for 3 years where he gained invaluable experience from the retailer’s perspective. It is this perspective that has enabled him to successfully advise dozens of retailers in their site selection and expansion throughout the Northeast over the last 35 years. After his time at Ames, Andrew spent the next 7 years as Director of Leasing for The Cornerstone Companies, leasing over 2 million square feet of retail space. Andrew’s experience also includes significant disposition work of retailer owned property, including for Santander Bank and Arby’s. Andrew holds a degree in Management & Marketing from Central Connecticut State University. He is also an active member of The International Council of Shopping Centers.
