I have been providing commercial real estate, consulting, brokerage and legal services as founding principal and sole owner of real estate company since June 9, 2005. I specialize in acting as a fiduciary in representing the real property interests of professional service and non-profit entities during the decision process leading to and the negotiating of the lease and/or purchase of real estate. Since obtaining my real estate license, I have been involved in over 300 transactions involving over a billion dollars of real estate. The other four professionals in my company have been involved in thousands of transaction involving billions of dollars of real estate.
Hess Group of Real Estate Companies:
I provided commercial real estate, consulting, brokerage and legal services as an officer of the Hess group of real estate companies for approximately eight (8) years. I left the company amicably on June 9, 2005 as a Principal and General Counsel of Seligsohn Soens Hess Co. I started my career at the Hess group when I was appointed Vice President of the Harold B. Hess Co. in January of 1996.
C.R. CIVIX Protection, Inc.:
From May of 1993 through 1995, I was Executive Vice President and General Counsel of C.R. CIVIX Protection, Inc., where I was responsible for the company being named by The Philadelphia Business Journal and Wharton School of Finance of The University of Pennsylvania as the 2nd (in 1994) and 9th (in 1995) fastest growing company in the Greater Philadelphia region.

ANDREW S. MARGOLIS

From January 1, 1996 through May of 2005, Andrew provided both brokerage and legal services to the Hess group of Companies (Harold B. Hess Co. and Seligsohn Soens Hess Co f/k/a Seligsohn Hess Co) in his capacities as Senior and Executive Vice Presidents and as a Principal. Andy previously served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel with C.R. CIVIX Protection, Inc. and an attorney in the Real Estate Section of Reed Smith Shaw & McClay. Andy received his B.A. cum laude and law degree from the University of Pennsylvania where he is a Board Member of the Penn Law Alumni Society Board of Managers, a volunteer chief fundraiser and reunion chair for his class. Andy also serves as a Trustee of Jewish Federation of Greater Philadelphia and is a member of the Real Estate Committee.
