Andrew J. Martin Jr. is the Managing Director of real estate development and brokerage services for Challenge, with over ten years of experience in the industry.
He was formerly with Templar Development where he served as Marketing and Sales Director. He held similar positions at Quest Realty, Inc. The primary focus of both companies was to develop income properties in North and South Austin, with a heavy concentration in the professional sector. This included medical condos, office parks, and mixed retail development, with over 400,000 square feet of projects completed. Andrew was directly responsible for marketing and securing tenants for the projects along with negotiating leases and long-term investment sales.
Martin is a licensed real estate broker by the state of Texas and serves as a founding shareholder and executive officer of Challenge Group International, LLC. He graduated from Texas State University with a BS degree in Business in 2003.
Andrew attended the University of Houston on a NCAA scholarship and was a nationally recognized pole vaulter and decathlete. He is married and the proud father of one son.
