Responsible for managing and building the land portfolio for Pulte’s Southeast Florida Division. Actively source new acquisitions in the market and negotiate purchase and sale agreements with land sellers, developers, and brokers. Perform financial proformas, conduct market analysis, assess feasibility of development based on land use/zoning, and manage the site planning and entitlement process.
