Andrew attended the University of Southern California where he earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Policy Management and Planning. Andrew is a long time board member of the Covina Chamber of Commerce and recipient of its Citizens of the Year award. Furthermore, he sits on the boards of the Covina Irrigating Company, San Gabriel Valley River Water Committee, Covina Rotary Club, and is the president of the Hurst Ranch Historical Society.
