Andy spent the first year of my career working for Ken McCulloch as a commis chef in his Glasgow restaurants, Charlie Parkers and La Provençale before moving on to commercial catering with The Compass Group for over 30 years. There he started out as a chef and progressed to the role of Regional Food & Beverage manager.
