Bio
Andrew Prater is currently a Vice President with Mid-America Real Estate – Wisconsin, L.L.C. and a member of the Property Representation and Sales Team. Mr. Prater’s responsibilities include land and asset sales, development, and retail leasing. He coordinates with Mid-America Real Estate’s clients’ excess land and building dispositions, as well as being actively involved in the leasing and marketing of neighborhood, community, and regional centers within the Mid-America client portfolio. Prior to joining Mid-America Real Estate, Andrew was an Investment Associate with M&I Wealth Management. Prior to his time with M&I Wealth Management, he was a Financial Analyst for Alexander & Bishop Ltd., a Wisconsin commercial real estate investment and development firm located in Oshkosh.
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, as well as a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Andrew has also earned his Master of Business Administration from Marquette University, concentrating in Finance and Entrepreneurship. He is currently an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Commercial Association of Realtors-Wisconsin (CARW).
