Bio
Mr. Pulliam serves as Executive Vice President – Acquisitions and Portfolio Manager for Easterly Government Properties. Mr. Pulliam’s primary responsibilities include originating and managing investments, including the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, closing, asset management and disposition of investments. He has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions and financing investments for publicly held REITs and private equity real estate funds focused on the acquisition of federally leased properties. Mr. Pulliam has been involved in the acquisition or disposition of approximately $1 billion of commercial real estate that has been leased to the federal government during his career. Prior to joining Easterly Government Properties, he held positions as director of acquisitions and investments for Republic Properties Corporation, a NYSE REIT and a major owner of Washington, DC-based properties leased to the GSA, and as Acquisition Officer at Alpine Realty Investments, a commingled real estate fund focused on acquiring GSA-leased properties. Earlier in his career, Mr. Pulliam was a financial analyst for Government Property Investors, a commingled real estate fund focused on acquiring GSA-leased properties that was a predecessor of Alpine Realty Investments. Mr. Pulliam earned his MBA in Finance from George Washington University and BA in Accounting from the College of William and Mary.
