A real estate agent by title, a matchmaker by trade, Andrew Rayas understands that being a real estate agent comprises much more than just property transactions. From a newly married couple finding their first home to empty nesters downsizing, Andrew embarks on his clients' life journeys, never taking for granted that his impact will be life-changing.
Understanding the emotional aspect of home buying, Andrew takes the value and trust his clients' place in him seriously. He approaches each client through a matchmaker's perspective, listening to their story and intimately understanding their wants and needs. In doing so, Andrew becomes each of his client’s friend and confidant; ultimately, he doesn't just find his clients' a place to live, he finds his client's exactly what they're looking for.
Andrew's refreshing matchmaking approach to home buying is strengthened by his career as an interior designer. In a past life, Andrew worked as an interior designer, and in doing so, developed a unique vision and ability to see space as it is and what it can become.
Outside of work, Andrew is a dog-dad, social butterfly, and home improvement aficionado. Whether he's on a job or at home, Andrew's warm personality and passion for homes make him not just a superior real estate agent, but also a good friend to everyone he meets.
