Andrew is Senior Vice President with the Austin Division of Edge Realty Partners. In this position, Andrew specializes in restaurant & retail tenant representation/site selection. Andrew has 20 years of commercial real estate experience specializing in tenant representation, project leasing and new development site selection. Prior to joining Edge, Andrew was a senior vice president with The Weitzman Group where he was a consistent Top Producer. In 2008, he was inducted into the company's President's Circle, recognizing career production with Weitzman of $1 million or more. He also has real estate experience with Venture Commercial, The Woodmont Company and United Commercial Realty. Andrew has represented many regional and national tenants including My Fit Foods, Aspen Dental, PS Storage, First Choice Emergency Room, Circle K, T-Mobile, Andy’s Frozen Custard, Swift’s Attic/Wu Chow, Staples, Dress Barn, Starbucks, David’s Bridal, Uncle Maddio’s Pizza Joint, Flying Saucer / Flying Fish/Rodeo Goat, Garrido’s, Elevation Burger, Marble Slab, Dickey’s BBQ, Nothing Bundt Cakes, Marco’s Pizza, Papa Murphy’s Pizza, Taco Bueno and McAlister’s Deli. Andrew is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and the Real Estate Council of Austin. Andrew graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin. Golf, hunting and Longhorn sporting events with his family are his favorite hobbies and pastimes.
