Andrew Sellet specializes in retail site selection, leasing, disposition and shopping center sales. His experience includes providing retail services for both Tenants and Landlords. Andrew also has experience in High Volume Transaction Services with the company's Corporate Services Division.
Andrew joined the firm in 2003 and over the last 5 years has completed over 200 transactions representing over $100 million in value. Andrew is the Master Broker for Tire Discounters. The nations 8th largest Tire retailer expanding in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and Tennessee adding 12-15 new locations annually. Andrew also works with other local, regional and national Landlords such as Phillips Edison, Seritage, Regency Centers and Neyer Properties on the leasing and disposition of their assets.
Before joining the company, Andrew worked as Vice President of Corporate Real Estate for US Bank. In his 4+ years at US Bank, he completed over 450 transactions while handling acquisitions, disposition and renewals for Retail bank branches across US Bank’s national footprint.
