Andrew Simpson is a member of the Edmonton National Investment Services team where he actively participates in the underwriting, analysis, marketing and sale of commercial real estate assets. The Edmonton National Investment Services team has successfully underwritten and sold over $800 million in assets since 2010. Asset classes include: industrial, office, retail and development land.
Prior to joining Colliers, Andrew focused on the sales and leasing of industrial properties and land with a national real estate firm
Andrew Holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Alberta with a major in finance.
