Andrew Stypa has over 15 years’ experience successfully representing tenants and owners in all aspects of industrial real estate. He strategically leads transactions in the complex and quickly evolving New Jersey industrial landscape and leverages that expertise to oversee transactions nationwide.
Prior to joining Lee & Associates, Andrew Stypa served as Managing Director at Cushman & Wakefield of New Jersey from 2010 to 2021, specializing in industrial properties. Prior to joining Cushman & Wakefield, he served as Vice President at Sitar Realty Company from 2004 to 2010.
