Andrew leads the Dallas-based Integrated Portfolio Services team which specializes in national account brokerage for JLL. He provides valuable guidance to account team members and successfully manages multiple client projects throughout the United States. His responsibilities include financial & legal document negotiation, and the coordination of brokerage and project management team members for each project. Andrew focuses on strategically managing his clients’ property portfolios and the development of cost reduction strategies.
Andrew has over 24 years of national account brokerage experience and has represented numerous Fortune 500 corporations.In addition to national account brokerage, he has managed a team of five account managers that were responsible for managing in excess of 240 transactions at any point in time.
