Bio
Andrew Wittgen is responsible for all aspects of asset management operations and acquisitions at RangeWater Real Estate. In his role, he oversees the RangeWater portfolio asset performance, develops business strategy, directs due diligence for acquisitions and leads in the disposition of assets. Andrew is also responsible for the successful execution of more than $75 million in exterior and interior renovations for properties in the firm’s portfolio.
Andrew’s diverse background includes over 25 years of experience with on-site management, property operations, construction management, acquisitions and dispositions management. In his time at RangeWater, Andrew closed on the acquisition and disposition of over 10,000 units with a total capitalization of over $1.5 billion. Andrew joined RangeWater in 2010 after serving as vice president of operations in the for-sale housing division for a property management company specializing in condominium conversions and property management. In his first year at RangeWater Andrew successfully launched its property management subsidiary and transitioned several assets from third party to in-house management.
Andrew is an active member of National Multi-Housing Council (NMHC), the Atlanta Apartment Association and the National Apartment Association, from which he earned his CAPS designation. He is a board member for Lassiter lacrosse. A double major graduate of Indiana University, Andrew lives in Marietta with his wife, Kris, and children John, Joe and Mallory.
