Bio
Andy joined CREG in April of 2005, bringing with him over 13 years of experience in retail leasing and tenant representation.
At CREG, Andy focuses on helping national and regional tenants with their site-selection efforts, and on leasing retail space on behalf of landlords. Andy's current clients include 7-Eleven Inc., Kroger, Kentro Development, Magna Development, CorePower Yoga, HealthStyles Exercise Equipment, Rite Aid Drug, A World of Tile, Cuba Cuba Restaurants, and Gotcha Frozen Yogurt.
Andy began his career with Antonoff Miller Properties, a leading development and brokerage company, as a runner for 7 retail brokers, helping them lease retail properties they were self-developing. He also handled third party leasing assignments and with various tenant representation accounts.
When Antonoff Miller dissolved in 1995, Andy was retained as one of only three brokers to continue to work on new developments and third-party assignments for Miller Development. During this time Andy worked to grow his own business, specializing in landlord representation and tenant representation.
In 1998, Miller Development formed a joint venture with Weingarten Realty, a NYSE traded REIT, at which time Andy became an in-house leasing agent responsible for the leasing of several developments totaling over 2 million square feet. These developments ranged from neighborhood strip centers, to traditional grocery-anchored centers, to large-scale power centers — including Aurora Cityplace, City Center Englewood, Glenwood Meadows, and Thorncreek Crossing.
