Andy Dennis is a native of Birmingham, Alabama and a graduate of the University of Alabama where he received his B.S. in Finance. Prior to Andy joining TSCG in 2016, he was a financial advisor and branch manager with PFS Investment, where he managed one of the top producing offices in the state of Alabama. Andy specializes in tenant representation, focusing on site selection and market analysis for national and regional retailers in Alabama. Andy is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and is currently pursuing his CCIM designation.
