Andrew joined M4 as Head of Property Management in 2018, following previous roles with GVA and Torfaen County Council. Andy is responsible for managing our current property portfolio of over 100 commercial properties, generating a rental income in excess of £2m for landlords and investors in south Wales and further across the UK.
Andy also supports M4 in developing new business opportunities and managing the client base of our expert commercial property management services.
Having qualified as an Energy Assessor in 2021, Andrew is able to assist our clients in producing Energy Performance Certificates. Through highlighting potential efficiency improvement opportunities, Andrew is able to maximise returns on commercial property investments whilst remaining compliant with legislation.
Andrew is an experienced property and asset management professional with over 20 years in the industry. Having previously held senior roles in national commercial property agencies in both Bristol and Cardiff, Andrew has extensive knowledge of the local markets, commercial property legislation and has extensive experience in service charge management.
Andrew has worked on flagship retail and office schemes such as Festival Park in Ebbw Vale, Cibi Walk Shopping Centre in Abergavenny, and over the bridge in Almondsbury Business Park, Aztec West and Bristol & Bath Science Park.

Accredited Energy Assessor – Level 3 and 4 Non domestic EPC
IOSH Managing Safely
Chartered Surveyor – MRICS
Outside of his work at M4, Andrew enjoys spending time with his three boys and wife. As well as being a keen cyclist, Andrew is a member of a social running club based in North Cardiff. Andrew and his family are keen caravanists and enjoy exploring picturesque spots around the UK.
