Andy Parella has been a real estate professional for over 20 years. He is an expert in representing Landlords with leasing and marketing in both office and industrial properties. Additionally, Andy has extensive experience representing tenants seeking both office and industrial spaces. Prior to joining Assurance Realty Group, Andy worked at CBRE and Cushman and Wakefield. He also worked for the M. Alfieri Co. where he was the Director of Leasing. He was responsible for leasing a 10.2 million square foot portfolio including 2.2 million square feet of Class A office space and 8 million square feet of development projects for office, warehouse, hotel and residential within Northern and Central New Jersey and Palm Beach County, Florida. He was also responsible for corporate banking relations, mortgage financing, and acquisitions and dispositions. Andy has also spent 10 years in commercial banking for National Westminster Bank PLC
