Andy has vast amounts of commercial real estate experience in Minnesota beginning in 1989. He maintains a unique perspective with a background that includes working for a developer, building owner and most extensively as a tenant representative. Andy’s work history allows him insight into the motivations of all parties having sat on both sides of the table. Andy co-founded RadatzWalsh in 2006 and has been representing the needs of tenants ever since. He is very well-resected by his peers and known as a fair but tough negotiator.

Andy and his family live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. Andy has a business degree from the Carlson School of Management and is a licensed real estate agent. When not working he can be found running, golfing or enjoying quality family time.
