Andy has enjoyed a solid career of innovative and dynamic real estate activity. From renovating fine urban homes since college to creative/collaborative Brokerage of urban business districts, adaptive re-use of Brownfield sites/facilities, design-build of commercial & industrial and suburban Greenfield projects. Andy's unique, broad real estate background has made him an indispensable asset to his clients, employers, partners and community shareholders.
Starting in 2015, Andy has assembled multiple urban sites for redevelopment, most notably a 25 acre (~ 150 parcels) for a community economic development group, to be held for future institutional and corporate needs.
In 2020, Andy resumed his long standing relationship with Neyer Properties, this time as a broker and consultant overseeing special projects.
As a hobby, Andy has renovated 20+ homes and is always seeking diamonds in the rough!
