Andy oversees both the day-to-day operations and long-term strategy & execution for Goldmark Commercial Real Estate. Andy also works for numerous Clients helping them broker commercial real estate deals at one of the highest levels of production and Client satisfaction levels in the upper Midwest.
Westby joined Goldmark Commercial in 2015 after spending 15 years working for both large and small technology companies. In those roles, he interacted closely with businesses and executives in nearly every industry around the world.
As a real estate agent at Goldmark Commercial Real Estate, Westby quickly became a market leader in the sale of agricultural, undeveloped, and developed land along with commercial sales and leasing. He served as the 2018 president of COMEX, an organization representing the local commercial brokerage community. He was also named the Goldmark Commercial Agent of the Year for 2017 and 2018. He was promoted to President & Managing Broker in 2019 and achieved SIOR status in 2020 as an Office Specialist, then again in 2022 as a dual Office & Industrial Specialist (one of only 154 in the world). In just under 7 years in the commercial real estate business, Andy has completed over 280 transactions with a total transaction volume of over $190M.
