Angela Averett joined Ackerman & Co. in 2008 in the Brokerage Division specializing in retail investment sales. Ms. Averett focuses on providing brokerage services to local and national companies and retailers, including transaction negotiation, real estate and financial analysis, evaluation, and investment advisory services. Ms. Averett works with both public and private clients throughout the transaction process, from defining investment needs and return expectations to location and facility analysis. Ms. Averett’s goal in all transactions is to seek the best economic outcome for her client.
Ms. Averett has facilitated sales transactions in the millions of dollars throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area. Prior to joining Ackerman & Co., Ms. Averett was with Massell Commercial Real Estate as a retail investment specialist. She has a proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
