As part of the leading investment sales brokerage team in Hawaii, my primary role is to lead the team’s marketing efforts by overseeing the design and dissemination of all marketing materials including brochures, websites, advertisements, postcards, and other promotional materials. In my role, I am responsible for creating and maintaining marketing budgets, assembling due diligence documents, generating weekly status reports, and coordinating property tours.
I also play the role of transaction manager, tracking documentation and processes, updating reports and conducting follow-up calls.
I have over 20 years of commercial real estate experience and has been involved with many aspects of the business. My career began as a receptionist at CBRE in Honolulu and having been recognized for her talent, she quickly moved up to become the administrative assistant to the Senior Managing Director. From there, I expanded my knowledge and became a leasing agent for the 677 Ala Moana and 1221 Kapiolani Boulevard properties. However, my true passion is in corporate support and assisting the brokerage team. I then became the leasing coordinator for the Kamehameha Schools portfolio for over 10 years as well as the marketing assistant to three investment brokers and one office broker.
During that time, I also kept track of the sales and lease contracts as the office listing coordinator and conducted office orientations with new employees.
