Bio
Ann has more than 12 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry and is part of the fourth generation of the Clarke-Hook family to lead the firm. She joined as Leasing Associate in 2013, where she optimized and streamlined Clarke-Hook's internal leasing operations by forging our footprint toward digital transformation. In 2016, she grew into her role as the Director of Operations of Clarke-Hook, where she founded and grew Clarke-Hook's coworking branch, Brickyard, into the three-location sprawling suburban concept it is today. Through her success and leadership, she was given her present-day role as Vice President of Clarke-Hook. Her responsibilities now range from managing the current portfolio of commercial assets and portfolio restructuring, managing acquisitions, and executing other key investment opportunities.
